If you want to do parts of the interior finishing yourself, you need to make sure that the materials you use comply with the KfW 40 QNG standard.

Is that possible? I have the feeling that this is difficult.

What exactly do you want to do? Floor and walls? It is possible, but of course it involves certain efforts. You will need an energy consultant anyway to carry out the certification. They will be able to advise you better than we can.

Why do you keep asking this same question in every Werner thread you can find like a nagging child, instead of simply calling the responsible sales advisor once, who can give you the information directly?

Furthermore, I believe @Wix2024 may be under the illusion that the interior fittings of serially built homes (and how flexible their site logistics are when it comes to integrating self-performed work before handover) are negotiable. You can’t just walk into a Black Forest cherry cake factory and replace the cherries with raspberries on your own cake. Serial building is a coin with two inseparable sides: you may like the base prices, but not the restrictions on selections and the extra costs for upgrades. Unbundling the package is part of the core business model. This product category is not suitable for individualists. These offers work only with buyers, not with disruptors.

He could already handle the entire interior finishing himself at Werner, Wengerter and Co. That includes floor coverings, including tile work, all fixtures, and painting. So, quite a lot can be done there.
