ᐅ Bought a sandwich roof but received a different type of roof?

Hello everyone,

I have a question. In the construction description from the developer, it says that the house will have a roof made of sandwich panels. But when looking at the photos of the progress, no sandwich panels seem to be used.

At least, that’s how it looks to me. However, I’m really not an expert here. So my question is, can someone tell me what the roof structure is called if it isn’t made of sandwich panels? Or could it still be considered a type of sandwich construction?

Question 2: Does this look correct?

As a final image, here is an excerpt from the construction description regarding the roof execution.
Thanks to everyone!

So the execution is probably okay.
But should/is it allowed for the roof to have waves and dents like on the side extension?
That doesn't look very good. I hope it won't cause problems later on...

Slanted, dark metal roof with three roof windows; scaffolding and nets at the construction site.

The "Dellige" doesn’t look very good; I would like to discuss that. I am okay with the material.

As a sandwich panel, I only know products like bondal from TKSE. However, in my opinion, it is basically just something like two layers of 0.5mm (0.02 inches) sheet metal with a film in between. To a layperson—especially from a distance—it looks like ordinary sheet metal.

Personally, I’d say that’s not how it’s supposed to be.
We will also have a metal roof installed, but so far I haven’t seen any picture or brochure where it turned out like that.

It looks like the panels have been pressed together.

Visually unappealing.

And now it is winter; in summer, the metal will expand even more.

But maybe this is normal.
