Hello,
today, while removing the wallpaper, we made a discovery: around some windows on the upper floor, there are black "spots." When you touch them with your finger, the black substance stays on the finger. At first, we thought they might be insects, but these things don’t move.

Can someone tell me what this might be?
A photo is attached.

Thanks,
Regards, Patrick

That looks like insects, possibly silverfish or something similar.

Hmm, I'm not a mold expert, but this doesn't look like mold to me. The edges are too clearly defined and the distribution is too unusual, plus it’s rod-shaped... hmm. I would rather guess pupating insects, eggs, or something like that. A close-up photo would be really helpful.

There is mold that looks very similar and is quite concerning, but the image is not clear enough. Additional information would be helpful.

Better scrape it off with a scalpel and have the sample analyzed in a laboratory. It costs around a hundred and ensures you are on the safe side.

Here are a few more pictures; maybe they help to see more details.

What is the best way to approach this issue?
