Marchonisch1 Apr 2018 13:16OK, I haven’t read anything either.
There are also people who simply take it out from there. At the moment, they probably should not be nesting either.
So, these people get a ladder, remove everything, make sure the birds are outside, and then insert chicken wire.
These people do this during the week when the neighbors are at work or in the evening around dusk.

Honestly... just wait for the breeding season to end, remove the nest in the evening, finish the house facade – done. Maybe put up one or two birdhouses in the garden during the next winter/spring, and everything will be fine....
Whenever I hear “inquiry at the office”... For example, we asked about building a wall on our sloped property and what was allowed there... Immediately it cost us a municipal council meeting, necessary plan submission, and a special permit for almost 300€.
What did we learn from that? All the neighbors did it without any permission....
