I need two decentralized ventilation units with enthalpy exchangers for my KFW 55 apartment.

I am undecided between:
- Lunos Nexxt E
- Zehnder Comfoair 70

Can anyone share some insights about either of these units?

I am also torn between these two devices. Has anyone gained any experience in the last 6 years that they would like to share here?
For me, it concerns the bedroom (16m² (172 sq ft)), living room (22m² (237 sq ft)), and children's room (9m² (97 sq ft)).
