ᐅ Bergsbo doors do not close properly.

Hello everyone,
I bought and assembled the Bergsbo shelf with glass shelves and glass doors. Everything worked perfectly. However, the doors do not close properly. I feel the hinges are not strong enough to pull the heavy glass doors firmly closed. Has anyone had similar experiences or can recommend a solution?

I already tried shimming it so the cabinet tilts backward slightly, but that didn’t help.

That almost sounds like a manufacturing defect. Or maybe it was assembled incorrectly???

Try calling Ikea to see what can be done! 🙄

Hello,
I called IKEA, but they were not aware of any production defects.
Then I adjusted the set screws a bit, and suddenly it worked.
Tightening the set screws helps!

A bit embarrassing for me – but maybe useful for the forum 🙂
