Hello everyone,
with the renovation of our old building, a new bathroom has also been added.
I’m more of a “shower person,” but on cold, wet days a hot bath isn’t a bad idea. Now I have – hopefully not the only one – the problem that when bathing I get pressure pain on my lower spine and, at the latest, one hour after the bath, bruises appear, which naturally takes away the enjoyment.
Standard bath mats could probably help, but honestly: they are not very attractive. No matter the manufacturer or brand – even the well-known ones – I don’t really like any of them. I also don’t like having these things stuck on the edge of the tub after bathing, just so no ugly marks form on the tub bottom. Last time I just placed a towel underneath; not a permanent solution.
How do you enjoy your bath, or am I the only one with this problem?

Or you could get those stylish black neck pillows for the bathtub and wedge one under your hips to change how you lie in the tub.Under the tailbone, instead of the neck – not a bad idea; I’ll start looking for one. Thanks!Regards, Bauexperte

I used to have an uncomfortable bathtub and experienced mild back pain afterwards. For me, a bathtub pillow with suction cups helped by supporting my neck. Maybe it could help you with your tailbone?! Definitely – but that’s where my Achilles’ heel comes in. Those things are absolutely cheap and flimsy all around.

Definitely – but that’s where my Achilles’ heel shows. The parts are utterly cheap and poor quality Those who didn’t test it beforehand will now have to suffer: either back pain or eye strain :P
Or you’ll have to remove the bathtub again
