We want to renovate our bathroom and are currently considering how to make the best use of the space. There is a sloping ceiling that limits the usable area somewhat. The door opens inward and cannot be changed.
I have attached an initial sketch. The toilet needs to be positioned closer to the slope, but I am unsure about the minimum required height there.
Do you have any suggestions for improvement?

If you do it the way @Motorradsilke suggests, the toilet won’t be visible because the washbasin will be placed in front of it.
And the shower should span the entire width of the wall with a glass door. Under the sloped ceiling, you can install a wall or create a built-in cabinet to make sure that space isn’t wasted.

Not that tall, all under 1.80m (5 ft 11 in)???? That doesn’t really matter. You still need to be able to move comfortably under the sloped ceiling.
Here is an example of how someone would walk to the toilet without having to bend over (I adjusted the slope to a normal ceiling height – the toilet area has 2 meters (6 ft 6 in) of headroom, and the shower now measures 120 cm (47 inches) without the seat). There would also be a partition wall as you requested, which gives the toilet user extra room while facing the sloped ceiling. The person shown is “only” of average height – I didn’t measure more precisely.
