Hello everyone,

Do you have frosted glass windows in your bathroom, such as satin finish, Masterpoint, or something similar? Or do you just have clear glass?

One more question, so I don’t have to open a new topic: Do you happen to have a picture showing how the connection between kitchen cabinet fronts and the wall is done in your kitchen? The option suggested by the kitchen studio (next to the dishwasher there should be a side panel with a plinth and next to it a filler piece aligned with the height of the side panel) doesn’t really appeal to me – I’m curious if this is the standard approach or if there are nicer solutions.

Thank you in advance!

Best regards, hemali

I currently rent and have clear glass in the bathroom, so I temporarily went with a frosted film. A peepshow for the neighbors is not necessary. I’m not Jennifer Lopez, otherwise they might even enjoy it.

We will probably use frosted glass or something similar for the small windows in the children’s bathroom and guest toilet. In the main bathroom, we have a double casement window opening to the front, and I think a different type of glazing would look odd there.

Thanks in advance! Maybe a few others can respond as well?

We currently have a large roof window in the bathroom, so there’s naturally no problem with outside views, which is why we initially leaned towards installing clear glass. However, since both windows are in front of/next to the toilets and are quite visible, maybe that’s not such a good idea?
But my concern is: wouldn’t it be strange to spend extended time in a room without a view to the outside? I’m not sure how to assess that...

No, it isn’t. I used frosted glass in both of my bathrooms. The view would go directly to the neighbor. No one here really wanted that.

We have clear glass. In my opinion, it depends on the location. If you have neighbors really close by, practically within arm’s reach, or if the window faces a public sidewalk, the situation is obviously different than with a secluded house behind trees and bushes.

Personally, I would prefer Mastercarre over satin, and satin over frosted glass.
