ᐅ Bathroom Renovation in a Rental Apartment

Hello everyone,
I’m planning to completely renovate the bathroom in a rental apartment. I’m currently struggling a bit with the sloping ceiling, which makes the layout more challenging for me.
Do you have any good ideas for the arrangement?

Shower: preferably a glass pivot door, since a simple glass panel is probably difficult due to the sloping ceiling.

Toilet: I think the current position under the window is quite good.

Sink: on the upper side of the layout? That would probably only work with a door that opens outwards. Is that common? Or is it more of a last resort?

I would arrange the furniture the same way it is now. It already makes sense, and any other setup wouldn’t improve it.
