Hello everyone,

today the bathroom renovation has finally been completed.
The handover has not taken place yet. Now the problem is, when we checked the work today in our condominium, we noticed that the shower panel is leaking. We cannot reach the connections ourselves to possibly tighten them. Since it’s more than just a few drops, my question is: can I call a plumber to fix the issue? Unfortunately, the bathroom company is not reachable by phone. Is it possible to hold the bathroom company responsible for this defect? At the same time, we also noticed that there is no hot water. We think the workers left quickly today since it’s Friday. 😡 😕

Best regards,
Shannon

Who carried out the bathroom renovation? I would simply contact the company again.

Hello Shannon,

Poor workmanship in construction is unfortunately quite common. It happens far too often in practice. If you need a really reliable contractor, I can recommend my craftsman. More details available via private message.
