Hello,
I have been reading along here for some time and have already been able to implement some tips. Now I have a question and I hope you can help me. Our construction will start at the beginning of June and the planning is almost finished. The entire floor plan is set, but our bathroom is still causing me some headaches. It would be great if you could take a look. I am grateful for any help.
Oh, and the bathroom is only intended for my husband and me, the children have their own. The dimensions are 4.10 m by 4 m (13 ft 5 in by 13 ft 1 in), and it is located on the east side.

Hello,
I’ve put together a rough plan without exact dimensions or spacing for the windows and doors. I’ve attached the result as two screenshots and a PDF.
I really like this L-shaped layout now. It allows your bathtub to be placed freely in the room instead of tucked into a corner 🙂
Maybe you’ll like it too.

Oops, I just noticed I probably mixed up the lengths of the two walls, but in principle, it should work without making the space too tight.

Thank you very much for your effort, Jochen.
However, we will stick with our first draft, only changing it so that the washbasin is attached to the shower wall.
I think this makes the bathroom feel more spacious.
We solved the window issue by installing a continuous light strip all around.
I am now satisfied and really like it.
Thank you all for your help.
