Hello everyone,
we are currently finalizing the bathroom design. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we were unable to visit a bathroom showroom for consultation. Since the working drawings need to be completed this week, we only have today and tomorrow to decide on one of the three options. The bathroom is connected to the central ventilation system (near the shower). Which of the three would you choose and, most importantly, why? We also welcome any suggestions for improvements.
PS: In option 3, the area labeled "a" near the bathtub is not a false wall but a shelf surface.

If I had to choose, I would go with V2.
Or maybe something like this (the light walls only go halfway up)?:
Thanks for the idea. Unfortunately, we are limited to V1-3 because the guest shower/toilet is located below, and there are certain restrictions due to all the drain pipes. Otherwise, more pipes would have to be boxed in again, and it wouldn’t look good on the ground floor. It’s complicated.

I recommend Katja’s version; in versions 1 to 3, I find the shower far too small for such a large bathroom.I wouldn’t call a 140x90 cm (55x35 inch) shower small.
What would need to be built differently in @kaho674’s version? The toilet is the same as in V1 and can be enclosed together with the basin enclosure. And the pipes from the right wall will probably be rerouted through the floor.
Also, there are significant differences between V1 and V3, especially regarding the toilet waste water drainage.
