Hello Merlin,
The spout is basically a rectangular plastic profile, so the water only comes out at the tip.
Since you can’t clean inside, limescale will build up there. That’s why I wouldn’t recommend it for the bathroom.
Spraying: I partially closed the small corner valves here to reduce the pressure. The faucet was bought on a whim at a trade fair at a low price and will be replaced because it is actually too large.
If you want something stylish, non-splashing, and durable, here is a photo from the old bathroom:
The glass plate in the photo was taken at the age of 9 years. So it’s absolutely easy to maintain and durable.

I really like your bathroom, would love to see more pictures of it.
What type of tiles or flooring did you use? It looks elegant but also comfortable and pleasant to walk on, even barefoot.

The tiles (which we used throughout the entire house) are from Monocibec Nextra.
They are very comfortable to walk on and, which was very important to us, very easy to maintain (dogs!).
