ᐅ Bathroom on the upper floor – Floor plan – Ideas

Hello dear house building forum users,

I am the "newcomer" here. I have been using the forum for a while for ideas and tips.

I am from Hamburg and will be building a house in April.

Like everyone else 🙂 we also have a problem with the bathroom layout.

We don’t really like looking directly at the shower when entering the bathroom.
Also, I don’t find the toilet placed directly in front of the window very appealing 🙂

Maybe one of the clever users has an idea? We are a bit too close to the situation to see clearly.

No shower?

According to the architect, this is supposed to be a shower.

It is probably a cave shower.

I would consider extending the wall along the staircase. This would mean that the bedroom is no longer accessible from the hallway, but the walk-in closet can serve as a passageway. Possibly also move the bathroom door to a different location.

This means that the bathroom door will also be located on this wall.
