Are there any major differences? Currently, it seems to me that the big manufacturers—whether Villeroy & Boch, Puris, Pelipal, Burgbad, and so on—charge a lot of money for just a few MDF wood panels. I don’t quite understand that. At the moment, I’m searching through various online shops and find some good value for money options, but I’m not sure how to assess the quality they offer, especially regarding the no-name brands. Does anyone have any tips or sources? Would it make sense to ask a local carpenter or joiner about this?

Go to the carpenter.

Much cheaper for us, better quality, and exactly according to our specifications.

Alternatively, much cheaper: IKEA.

Godmorn from Ikea is definitely worth the price

Carpentry and nothing else! Costs a bit less and is much better quality. We had it done in solid wood.

Please share an example including the price and a photo from a carpenter. For some people, 3000 euros from a carpenter is not much. For example, we bought our bathroom furniture from Home 24 for 800 euros all inclusive.

We are offering the plumbing package for 900 with installation. Two mirrored cabinets, one washbasin unit with two drawers, a basin, and a faucet, excluding what was included as standard. Carpenter? Only IKEA units can be installed underneath. Our children have them. It's good quality for a low price.
