Hello,
as a first step, I would suggest setting up good dehumidifiers to see if that helps dry things out. However, you should also look for the underlying cause of the moisture. Investing in an expert evaluation will certainly be money well spent!

Aren’t construction dehumidifiers generally misplaced here? Using one only pulls the moisture through the masonry and accelerates damage to the walls.
First, the root cause should be addressed.
