I would be very grateful if you could help me with advice and good tips:
I have a basement (house built in 2003) made of waterproof concrete. The concrete ceiling consists of individual panels, so the joints are visible. The floor is tiled. Heating pipes (gas) are exposed. The walls are plastered. There are 2 plastic windows.
I want to install partition walls and improve the ceiling appearance. There is limited space for lowering the ceiling because of the height.
What should I do?
Ceiling: paint, plaster, or something else?
Partition walls: drywall (plasterboard)? PerfectWall? Something else?
