Hello everyone,
today the foundation of our ground floor exterior wall was built (24cm (9.5 inches) brick with mineral infill). On the outside, 12cm (5 inches) of XPS insulation will be added. During the inspection today, we noticed that one brick is completely broken through (see photo). Three bricks have a gap of about 1cm (0.4 inches) between them (see photo). Should this be filled with mortar? Is this correct workmanship or should we be concerned? Additionally, we noticed that the electrician installed almost all electrical conduit pipes through the ground floor ceiling in such a way that parts of the exterior wall had to be broken open (see another photo). Is this considered proper practice?
Thanks for your help!

You should hire an expert.
Get a surveyor or building inspector for 2,000–3,000 euros (approximately $2,200–3,300), who can support you with professional advice.

If you continue like this, you won’t make it through the construction process.
And to be honest: no other homeowners can take away your concerns.

That looks ridiculous and no, something like that is not acceptable.

No apprentice would be allowed to use this as a base for a garden shed.
