ᐅ Bathroom: Should the window sill be sealed with silicone at the window junction?

NebukadHello everyone,
I noticed that in our new single-family house, the joints between the windows and the window sills are sealed everywhere with clear silicone—except at the two windows in the bathroom (see photos). Do you think there might be a reasonable explanation for why it was left out specifically there (ventilation or something similar), or was it simply forgotten (which I wouldn’t rule out either)?

It was probably forgotten.
Are there any other outstanding tasks? If so, report them and have them added to the ToDo list.
Otherwise, just take care of it yourself. No one will come just for a 3m (10 feet) silicone joint (and if they do, you'll be singing the builder's praises for the next 10 years).
