I recently purchased an IKEA kitchen, including electrical appliances, and am now struggling to attach the kitchen front to the dishwasher.
According to staff, the IKEA webshop, and all assembly instructions, the RESONLIG sliding hinge is required for the Metod - Rengöra combination. This was, of course, purchased as well, but unfortunately it does not fit the dishwasher at all.
1. The sliding elements are much too large and do not even come close to fitting into the designated grooves of the dishwasher.
2. The position of the grooves does not match the drilling template for the kitchen front that came with the hinge.
3. The hinges themselves cannot be attached at the bottom of the dishwasher either, because the necessary screws are not present.
Could it be possible that there is a newer model of the Rengöra dishwasher where the Resonlig hinge no longer fits, and a completely different hinge is actually needed?
The rating plate on the side of the dishwasher door shows a different article number than the one listed on the webshop.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem and found a solution?

ikeafan20152 Apr 2015 20:51Hello, I have almost the same problem. Fully integrated dishwasher LAGAN, I need to attach 2 panels. At first, I tried using RESONLIG sliding hinges, but it didn’t work (the dishwasher doesn’t have the required screws for those). Then I tried hinges meant for built-on panels, and it worked—I was able to attach the panels—but if I open the dishwasher a bit more, the entire panel falls off.
And I still don’t have a solution...

You probably need Behjälplig, but there are likely only leftover stocks available.
