Hello everyone, I bought an IKEA METOD kitchen.
Some cabinets came with strips that allow you to attach the countertop to the cabinet carcasses, but not all of them. I have already searched the internet but couldn’t find anything suitable.
Can anyone help me with this?

Is it not possible to buy the trims as spare parts at IKEA? In the past, you could actually get all parts as spare parts. I’m not sure if that is still the case, but I would give it a try.

No, unfortunately not. I was there yesterday, and the staff at the goods collection/information desk were unable to assist me.

It’s frustrating that it no longer works that way.

Yes, you can still order everything.

Just search for Ikea replacement parts online, where you can use the article number to find and order them. You can find the article number in the assembly instructions, which are available online for all current models.

For Metod, the article numbers for cabinet widths are:
30cm (12 inches): 194595
40cm (16 inches): 124521
60cm (24 inches): 124522
80cm (31 inches): 124523

There are also standard additional parts available in white (124528) and black (124525).
