House Design

What do you not like? Why? Paths from living area to the garden.
Estimated cost according to architect/planner: ?
Personal price limit for the house, including equipment: 300,000
Preferred heating technology: Gas condensing boiler and solar thermal on the roof, underfloor heating, (water-bearing) wood stove

If you have to give up something, which details / extensions could you do without?
- Difficult to say

Why is the design like it is now? For example:
Whim born from boredom, professional advice has not yet taken place.

What is the most important / fundamental question about the floor plan summarized in 130 characters?
Which basics might I have completely misunderstood or insufficiently considered due to lack of expertise?

Also: Is it even possible to “bury” the house in such a way that I can access the upper part of the garden directly from the upper floor, or does the slope not allow this? (--> see “ZoningPlan.jpg”)

The blue line in the 3D views should represent the building boundaries.

Have you even read the entire thread? The OP wants to spend no more than €340,000 including additional construction costs. So please don’t post nonsense.

The OP originally asked for an assessment of the sloping site. It’s true that the discussion then went in a different direction. However, it was clear from the start that this is not the final design ready for construction...

Do you have a reservation confirmation for the plot, or why are you so attached to this specific plot despite the budget? I just want to understand. I also don’t understand how you want to reduce from 260 m² (2800 sq ft) to 140 m² (1500 sq ft)? Because you can’t really get much more for the same budget.

Also schreib nicht so nen Blödsinn.

Calm down!
The original poster already understands that it will be more expensive than expected. However, if location is the priority, then the willingness to compromise will surely increase. Recently, though, there was a strong recommendation against buying the plot due to the topography, which, considering the facts, is clearly an overreaction.

Hold back!

You can say that to your kids all you want!

But please explain to me what compromises the original poster (OP) should make to avoid increasing the budget? Because the OP hasn’t mentioned a single word about that.
Please enlighten me.

My topography is identical and I know my costs. So I’m curious.

You might want to say that to your parents.

I don’t know your topography.
So, what exactly in my post do you consider nonsense?

Honestly, you’d think someone received their amusement tax notice for their L-shaped blocks last week. Just relax.
