DTvomHaus19 Jun 2022 19:43Good evening,
We have received an initial offer for a photovoltaic retrofit on our single-family home, and I would appreciate your evaluation:
What I basically like: The contractor is a local company from our town. So far, the communication has been very pleasant and friendly, which suggests a reliable execution to me.
Also, I have a question: I am somewhat lost in the maze of subsidies. Which specific incentives can I realistically plan for?
So the offer includes:
Photovoltaic system with 11.2 kWp and a total of 28 modules
Growatt 7.6 kWh (7.6 kilowatt-hour) battery storage (item costing approximately 4,000 €)
Growatt wallbox charger
as well as everything else like inverter, installation, registration with the grid operator, electrical panel modification, and so on
All for a total of 29,000 €
I look forward to your feedback

It makes a significant difference whether a hip roof is covered on three sides or a gable roof on one side only.

For a total of €29,000 Is that gross or net?11.2 kWp x €1,400 = €15,680
Plus €4,000 for the battery.
You should actually end up around €20,000 net…
Possibly plus extra charges for a hipped roof, scaffolding, …

Standard gable roof, built in 1990, with a typical pitch; only one side will have panels installed, with normal access from the garden.
Growatt battery storage ARK HV 7.68 kWh (8.5 kWh)
Growatt Shine LAN-X data logger
Growatt SPH 10000TL3 BH-UP (inverter)
Trina Solar TSM-400-DE09.08 Vertex-S Black Frame 400 Watt (28 modules)
Growatt Wallbox Smart EV charger
The total price includes taxes; the net amount is just over 25,000.
