Hello everyone,
I would appreciate your feedback on the attached floor plan (not a house!).
I know this is a house building forum, but maybe someone still wants to help.
Since it is a new build, the floor plan can still be changed.
Where do you see needs or weaknesses in the floor plan?

Floor plan of an apartment with kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, balcony, and roof terrace.

Here are the changes I am considering:
- Change the shower bathroom to a guest toilet (see picture below), advantages: private access and more closet space behind the bedroom door possible
- Include a shower in the bathroom, possibly omitting the bathtub

Floor plan of an apartment: bedroom, room, kitchen, living area, bathroom, hallway, balcony.

The stairs behind the dining table lead to another roof terrace on top of the building.

Cool thread. Musical chairs.
Here’s another one for the collection:

Anyone who wants to access one of the roof terraces must necessarily walk through the bedroom – well...

I think the wall layout makes sense, and I have a suggestion—this time in color.

I would use the first storage room for coats, clothing, an ironing board, and similar items, and the second smaller one for the mop and vacuum cleaner. I turned the WC into a utility room, which has space for a large shelf for the drill and Miracoli.

In the bathroom, the shower has been relocated to the washing machine niche. Be sure to check that a shower with the necessary depth fits there. Overall, I would also pay close attention to the doors. I made the doors for the storage rooms 10 cm (4 inches) narrower.

I’m not so happy with the living room here, but I did use large furniture everywhere. On the other hand, the kitchen is already a small gem for an apartment.

Tell me, is there still a room upstairs?
Which floor is the apartment on?
