Hello. I recently bought a house with asbestos cement panels installed on a wooden framework on the facade. Since I want to keep these panels in place because completely removing and re-cladding would be too expensive, I have a question.
Is it possible to cover the facade with an exterior adhesive plaster and then apply a textured or scratch plaster on top? I’m not sure if these panels might shift or move in any way and cause cracks in the plaster later on.

Not a good idea. The boards will bend between the battens when plastering, causing permanent cracks. Everything is too soft for plaster.

Weather-resistant cement paint
Get advice on which paint can be applied directly to facade cladding without any preliminary treatment. The paint must create a smooth surface that behaves similarly to plastic. In addition, the paint should, of course, be highly weather-resistant to withstand both summer heat and winter snow.
Feel free to show us your facade.

I only want to know if this method will stick to the wall.Rendering (plastering) means you must comply with the energy saving regulations – legally, this will most likely require mandatory insulation. Will it hold? No idea. I would ask a professional, such as a painter or similar.
