Hello everyone,

We are currently considering flush baseboards. This usually means that a small strip is attached to the raw wall and then plastered over accordingly.

The advantage, in our opinion, is that the annoying dust edge is eliminated.
Does anyone have experience with these systems?

Can you recommend any particular systems?

From your point of view, are there any disadvantages compared to standard baseboards?

Best regards,

How thick are these baseboards then? Wouldn’t you need more plaster in that case?

I am currently still waiting for a concrete offer... According to my general contractor, the plasterer has not used something like this before. However, the site manager now considers the labor effort to be quite high. As soon as I have more details, I will get back in touch.

Good luck

How does it actually work with parquet flooring—what kind of baseboards do you use in that case?
