I can understand the concern, but I believe it is not as justified today as it was decades ago, when asbestos, highly toxic solvents, CFCs, and other harmful substances were still used in construction. Inspections and regulations are much stricter now compared to the past.

hi,

I have also seen several reports on this topic, and it was shocking how much toxic substances can be present inside your own home. Do you really think this can have such a significant impact on health? Apparently, the long-term effects are only noticeable after a while...

hi Mara,

you can be sure that this is not just fearmongering. There is a reason why chemical additives found in certain building materials, such as xyladecor (just one example), have been banned!

hi

Yes, the danger inside your own home. In new buildings, mold can sometimes develop on the walls. This usually happens when construction is rushed, the drying time is not fully observed or only partially respected, and the windows are installed and the walls plastered before everything is completely dry. In such cases, it is definitely better for your health to look for another mold-free apartment.
