Hello again.
It’s heating up... and we are getting deeper into the world of detailed scope of work descriptions and additional costs. Just like here.
Please let us know if the attached figures are really realistic, or if there are any points that might still be missing:

House surveying 2200 €
Building permit / planning permission fees 465 €
Insurance fees 118 €
Container / waste disposal 480 €
Connections for electricity, water, sewage, gas, sewer sealing 4200 €
Outdoor facilities / terrace 10229 €
Soil report 1260 €
Excavated soil storage 460 €
Filling with excavated soil 460 €
Excavated soil removal 1500 €

Where does everyone get their affordable soil reports? I had an offer from a nationwide provider for 1,200€ (about 1,200 euros), but then someone local did it for 1,450€ (about 1,450 euros). That included only 2 boreholes and one test pit (I paid for the excavator separately).
Utility connections are generally around 8,000.
Storing soil (on your own construction site) is free, and the building permit / planning permission cost us about 650.
By the way, our soil survey cost about the same (<- @Boergi).
We had several offers... ranging from 450 to 1,200... so we chose the best offer for us, which happened to be right in the middle.

Hello,
we have recently had a soil survey carried out and paid 675,-. However, there were also providers who wanted more than 1,000,-. We are located in the Münsterland/NRW region.
When choosing the soil survey, we received advice from the company that is installing the foundation slab.
