Hello everyone,
I am looking for effective ways to reduce the constant dust buildup inside my Kallax unit. So far, I use the shelves for books and small decorative items, but I have the problem that dust quickly accumulates on the back panel and in the corners, which often can only be removed superficially with regular wiping.
My specific question: Are there any proven tips or solutions that go beyond common cleaning methods? For example, special care products, covers, liners, or even particular arrangements that help to minimize dust buildup in the long term?
I would also appreciate suggestions for suitable accessories or personal experiences that have proven useful in everyday situations. Thanks in advance for your support!

Regular ventilation of the room is also important to prevent dust from settling inside the furniture in the first place.
For maintaining MDF melamine surfaces, it is recommended to use an antistatic cleaning product, which can be found at furniture stores or online. Alternatively, there are anti-dust sprays specifically designed for furniture.
In conclusion, combining different measures usually yields the best results and helps reduce maintenance efforts.
