Hello,
I want to expand my Ikea kitchen and change the cabinet fronts.
The kitchen is about 5 to 6 years old, and now I want to extend it and install new fronts at the same time. Does anyone know if this will work smoothly if I buy new cabinet boxes? Or have there been changes to the drilling holes, etc.?
Has the Stat front style changed in the last 6 years? I have some used ones available and might consider buying new ones as well...
Thanks in advance for your answers!

That’s why you’re here, because you always have a solution. Thank you...

or just replace one hinge including a new damper and leave the second, old hinge in place. This saves about 50% compared to buying new. 😉
Best regards

PS: By the way, there are also universal dampers that have nothing to do with the hinge. Price is also around 5€ for 2 pieces. However, the above-mentioned option is more stable and of higher quality.

The old ones also fit, just without dampers. With a bit of effort, the old hinges can be modified so that dampers can be clipped on. Sure, it’s possible with a rasp or file, but honestly, is the time spent really worth it compared to the cost?
Still, it was a good tip to replace only one hinge per door with the new type that includes a damper.
As for damper systems independent of the hinges, well, I think they are rubbish.

It’s really quite simple, and I save a lot of money that way... You don’t have to be a Scrooge or a penny-pincher for that.
