ᐅ Are the solar panels and wiring installed according to the relevant standards and regulations?

Our installer started mounting the solar systems and thought that while the scaffolding was still up, he could finish the roof work, such as solar wiring, roof ventilation, and exhaust pipes.
Now, without informing me, he has already installed the drain pipes.

My questions are: Do the cables from the solar system to the house also need to be insulated? Is the penetration through the roofing membrane compliant with standards? Is fastening the solar cables to the roof structure using cable ties according to regulations? Is laying the drain pipes on Styrodur (extruded polystyrene insulation) compliant with standards?

Additionally, I informed the installer that I would like all exterior walls to be plastered, even if they are shuttered. He replied that the plasterer would surely be able to work behind the pipes.

What would you do in my situation?

Is it also recommended to insulate the drainage pipes with Styrodur?

Sure, the screed will be poured around them anyway.
