Hello dear forum members,
I’m new here and not sure if this is the right place...
I’m a retiree who recently moved into an apartment from around the 1980s, and supposedly all windows and doors were inspected and adjusted. However, the pivot bearing (I looked up the product name) on my large patio door looks really worn out. The door hardware is marked with "WINKHAUS" and "R145". Is this bearing still okay or does it need to be replaced? I would be very grateful for any advice… I’m worried that the heavy door might fall on us one day.
