ᐅ Are interior doors made of wood or are they doors with a laminate finish?

Umbau01Hello everyone,
Perhaps an expert can give me some advice on what I can do in my case or what I can reasonably expect from the carpenter?
We are currently renovating a rental apartment. Since we had to travel across half of Germany to get to the apartment and this was not possible during the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to order the interior doors remotely. We contracted a reputable local specialist company to install "wooden room doors, white lacquered, hollow core," as we wanted white lacquered doors that could be repaired later with wood filler, sanded, and repainted in case of damage. Unfortunately, we did not specify the doors any further in the order because we trusted the specialist company.
However, the delivered doors only have a wooden frame. The panel is made of HDF (high-density fiberboard) and, to make matters worse, the doors are not lacquered but covered with laminate in white lacquer decor. Only the hollow core matches what we ordered.
Do I have to accept this, or can I demand the removal of the doors since this is a wrong delivery?
Best regards
