Hello everyone,
I have an older KALLAX shelving unit from IKEA that I have really appreciated over the years. Now I would like to get replacement doors for this series, as some of the doors show slight signs of wear or are damaged. My question is: Are replacement doors for the old KALLAX series still available in the current IKEA range? Or has IKEA completely discontinued the doors, meaning one has to look for alternative solutions?
It is important to me that the dimensions and mounting points match exactly, as I do not want to replace the entire shelving unit, just the doors. Thank you in advance for your help and experience!

So if you don’t have to rely on the original IKEA doors and are willing to invest a bit more, this could be a great solution. And honestly, a bit of DIY often gives the furniture a special charm! 🙂
