As the title suggests, I wanted to check who has experience with painting services at this stage. We have received a quote for our 135 m² (1453 sq ft) single-family house of about €14,000 including materials. They plan to apply so-called fleece wallpaper to the walls, which seems to be quite popular nowadays.
In my opinion, the price is still quite high.
Can anyone offer some advice?

We requested identical quotes (including painting of the staircase balustrade) for 145m2 (1560 ft²). The offers ranged roughly between 11,000 and 15,000, depending on the estimated effort for plastering work.

SebastianH.6 Sep 2021 07:38So, I roughly calculate just under 500 sqm (5,382 sq ft). The local price quote should not be that high. We are building in SA. Prices there are usually quite reasonable, but I found this to be rather expensive.
