ᐅ Is it possible to combine Ikea Metod cabinet boxes with Besta doors?

Hello everyone,
I’m new to the forum and have an idea I’d like to get your opinions on:

I have a niche in the dining room that is 60 cm (24 inches) deep and 163 cm (64 inches) wide. This space perfectly fits two 60 cm (24 inches) and one 40 cm (16 inches) tall cabinets from Metod.

However, I really like the 60 cm (24 inches) glass doors from Besta Glassvik.

Do they fit? Does anyone know?

Hello, since the height of the Besta doors (38cm (15 inches) and 64cm (25 inches)) does not match the Metod height, this only works if
a) part of the cabinet frame is left open, and
b) you drill new holes for the hinges in the frame (hole spacing Besta: 32mm (1.3 inches), Metod 50mm (2 inches))
