ᐅ Architectural Firm for Coffee Grinder House / Brickwork (Düsseldorf)

I am looking for an architectural firm in the Düsseldorf area that builds coffee mill houses with brick façades. I would be very grateful for any recommendations.

I know, but I might understand a different meaning under that search term than the original poster.

Mostly, it actually refers to a straightforward city villa with a high roof pitch, as Yvonne correctly pointed out (I would rather call that a cube house). However, this term is also often used for a Mediterranean style – still with a high roof pitch, but featuring bay windows and dormers. Then there are people who think a Kaffee­mühlen­haus has to be “playful,” like in the attached example (an older sketch from our architect).

Our architect has drawn all these variations and then built our design accordingly; since so many different ideas can be hidden behind one term, I prefer to ask.

Cube house: whether the entrance and/or the garden side features a bay window with a flat roof, one or two dormers in the steep pitched roof, I think these are the key differences compared to a Mediterranean-style townhouse.
Regarding the OP’s question:
An architect should be able to design any architectural style. I would choose a good one who at least has references for an elegant townhouse. There are hardly any differences in the design.
