ᐅ Architect / Building Surveyor Wanted in the Kaiserslautern / Pirmasens Area

Hello @All, I just registered to ask a question.
I am looking for an architect or building surveyor in the Pirmasens/Kaiserslautern area who can provide a brief assessment of a house.
That means they would accompany me to the appointment and look for defects that an average person like me would not notice at first glance.
I would appreciate a recommendation based on personal experience, as I am already familiar with the company Google, but their reviews are not sufficient for me 🙂
A detailed cost calculation is not necessary.

Then search for the Association of Independent Experts on Google, and you should find someone in your region.

Ah shoot, I didn’t phrase that carefully enough again... I always assume too much...
Of course, I know the company Google, but I was looking for a recommendation based on personal experience; otherwise, it would be quite pointless to bother a forum with a simple search query; hopefully no one does that.
I am indeed not interested in renovation costs. 🙂
The house I might buy is 4 years old, and even I dare to say that there is nothing that needs renovating there.

Yes, I have, which is why I want to involve an expert. The reason I’m expressing myself so unclearly today might be because it's Monday.
