ᐅ Anyone have experience with Bauknecht induction cooktops?

we are currently planning our kitchen.

Does anyone have experience with Bauknecht induction cooktops? Specifically, the Bauknecht CTDI K840 CNE with an integrated downdraft extractor?

I had a washing machine from Bauknecht. It’s a long story. I got my money back. I wouldn’t brake for a Bauknecht manager anymore.

Dissatisfied with quality or customer service?
There are quite a few horror stories about the latter.

Lasted less than a year, nobody took responsibility, terrible service, everything drags on forever. 6 months and 4 appointments at my place. Dozens of emails and calls, been to the store 6 times.

Oh, that doesn’t sound good at all.
I’ll look into an alternative then.

Certainly a rare case. However, the customer service responsible for resolving the issue was absolutely unacceptable.
