Next week, windows will be installed at our site. Since it is a cavity wall construction, the windows will be placed directly on the masonry. Is there a rubber seal that can be installed before fitting the windows, so that subsequent sealing with silicone can be avoided?

Silicone joints are maintenance joints and have no place in window installation. Neither on the outside nor especially not on the inside. It is true that silicone is often used on the exterior, but that does not make it better.

On the outside, sealing can be done using the mentioned "compressible sealing tape." This is a fully filling, self-adhesive sealing tape applied on one side (the window side), which is resistant to driving rain, windproof, and vapor permeable. Special attention must be paid to ensuring a continuous, tight seal around the corners.
As an alternative to sealing by pressing against the exterior wall from the inside, sealing can be achieved by installing battens equipped with this tape along the reveal.

I understand the use of compressible tape and the foil. My question is only about the lower part of the window, which rests about 2cm (1 inch) on the windowsill. Of course, I could also apply the compressible tape here so that the window sits on it, but there will definitely be a small gap because the windowsill is installed with a slope.
I hope I explained it clearly.
