Hello everyone,

After a long search for a construction company, I decided on Galileo-Home, who will be building my bungalow.
Over the past weeks and months, I have repeatedly come across the air-to-air heat pump from Proxon, and I really like this system because I’m not a fan of slow and overly warm underfloor heating.
My only problem is that Zimmermann, the company that sells and installs Proxon systems, does not collaborate with Galileo-Home and does not want to install such a system for me.

Now to my question:
Are there comparable alternatives to the Proxon system? A solution with similar fresh water heating would also be interesting, of course.
Unfortunately, after intensive research, I haven’t found anything concrete and would appreciate any tips.

Best regards,
Nicolas

Maybe it’s not the company’s fault, but the contact person. For them, homeowners asking questions is too time-consuming. Another advisor might have printed out four pages of technical data and said just three sentences.

That's correct. In that sense, it might be worthwhile to contact the sales representative at headquarters. I would not accept having a freelancer without any customer focus casting a negative light on my company.

I responded here by email and copied the sales manager. Let’s see if and how things will proceed. However, my interest in further collaboration has dropped sharply and is only kept above zero because of the plot of land. I will also write a detailed review of the consultant on Google. But now, back to the topic...

If someone reacts so sensitively to an inquiry, there is probably a reason for it.

I had some rather strange experiences with this provider more than three years ago. We wanted a few extras, and although the representative noted our requests, he never got back to us. Several weeks later, a different representative somehow obtained our information and wanted to start the process all over again. We politely declined.
