we have an AI LWD 70A, installed in 2014, and it worked without any problems until 2021.
Then the compressor broke down, and we had it replaced by AI.
Now, after 4 years, there is another compressor issue.
It is unclear to us whether the part has a 5-year warranty.
AI does not want to replace it again but instead wants to sell a new outdoor unit.
We are frustrated because we cannot make any progress here.

I have almost the same one, just with a Buderus label. What was the reason it failed twice already?
I suspect there is something wrong with the hydraulics, and it likely ended up cycling excessively.
Do you have a log file? You can read it with the USB stick located behind the control panel.
