Perhaps someone here can quickly provide some help. The heat pump is showing the following error message.
The manual and the display say that the unit resets itself automatically, but nothing happens. Has anyone experienced this before?

The average runtime must be at least 15 minutes for fixed-speed heat pumps and at least 30 minutes for inverter-controlled heat pumps. (This takes into account both the winter and summer seasons, resulting in an adjusted average runtime)

In my conditions, there is no such requirement, and this was also confirmed to me by phone as not necessary.It might have changed by now, but my contract was concluded almost two years ago.
