Hello everyone!
I bought a Faktum kitchen. It includes a base cabinet with 5 drawers, the bottom one being slightly larger than the others. My problem is that I can’t get the drawer fronts aligned properly, I’ve tried everything. The gap between the bottom drawer and the one above is simply too large. Also, the drawer protrudes downwards a lot. Oh dear, I hope I explained myself clearly enough 😕

Can someone help me?

Thank you!

Best regards, Biene

Hello Biene,
try turning the bottom drawer front around! The brackets screwed onto the drawer front are not centered, so you have a smaller gap on one side and a larger gap on the other. You can easily remove the front with a screwdriver from the side (under the Ikea flap).

Hey dear Paul, THANK YOU for this great tip! Why keep it simple when it can be complicated *laugh*.

BUT: I can’t get the front off. Behind the flap, there are only two plastic screws for adjusting the height and, uh, well... left/right.

And now? The plastic screws are already a bit damaged after my "treatment". 😳

So, I ended up removing the front after all. Unfortunately, flipping it doesn’t help. I will probably have to drill new holes.

Then better check the alignment of the rails.
