Hello!
I'll start.
Heated area 200m2 (2,153 sq ft)
KfW 55 standard
Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery
Current outdoor temperature 6°C (43°F)
Heating energy consumption including hot water 35 kWh
Electricity consumption 9 kWh
COP 3.88

Selbstbau11 Feb 2021 13:03It’s not bad, but there is definitely room for improvement.
The ERR is set to 4-5 and not fully open. I need to get in touch with my heating technician to try and optimize it.
The hot water is set to 48°C (118°F).
A really basic question.
Consumption
2018 approx. 3520 kWh
2019 approx. 3460 kWh
2020 approx. 3440 kWh
Another really basic question:
How can I tell from my energy performance certificate whether I have a KFW 55 standard or not? (please don’t judge me) 🤨

and
Average U-value H’t [W/m²K] less than or equal to 0.259, then KfW 55; otherwise only the Energy Saving Ordinance 2016 up to 0.370. If you are above that = old building :p
Both values must be met.

Selbstbau11 Feb 2021 14:35 😎Thanks! 🙂
My primary energy demand: 43.1 (kWh/m²a) ----- that would be acceptable
Building envelope U-value H`t : 0.27 (W/m²K) ---- just missed it 😉
So, not fully met.

T_im_Norden11 Feb 2021 15:38And what amount of heat is generated?
The house was noticeably cooler this morning; the living room was only 21°C (70°F).
I thought the heat pump would regulate itself, but that wasn’t sufficient.
I then increased the heating curve by 2 degrees because I was feeling cold.
Now, after 24 hours, 42 kWh of electricity have been used to produce 128 kWh of heat, including hot water, with -14°C (7°F) outside last night.
There were two heating cycles lasting over 7 hours each.
