Hello everyone,

We are planning to build a new single-family house in Stuttgart with 300 sqm (3,229 sq ft) of living space.
Currently, an air-to-water heat pump Dimplex 16 TES is planned. Are there alternatives with cooling through the underfloor heating system for indoor installation (without a split system)? I am already aware of the Viessmann Vitocal 200 and Stiebel Eltron WLKS 17 IBCS. Dimplex and Vaillant do not offer anything in their range.
Ochsner and Hoval have not responded yet.

16kW and new construction—I would reconsider that early on. Is there a heat load calculation? Does it have to be installed indoors?

16 kW? In my opinion, that’s too much; 11 kW should be sufficient. However, the heating load calculation has not been done yet. The building permit / planning permission application has only just been submitted.

Indoor installation is mandatory for us.
