Hello everyone,

We recently renovated the bathroom on our upper floor. The underfloor heating was working when we finished.
However, it now seems to have stopped working.
Unfortunately, I have no idea what settings I should adjust.
Does anyone have an idea if everything is properly regulated here?
Apparently, the right connection is not functioning.

I turned counterclockwise at the point where the screwdriver indicates.

That won’t work. It should simply be turned clockwise. This is the bracket for the actuator.

The red parts at the bottom cannot be turned, only the white plastic on the outside.

The white part is just the scale, which can be freely rotated.
It’s not the red part that needs to be turned, but the glass.
That’s what the square drive on top is for.
Can the right one really only be turned clockwise?

Additionally, there is another square drive on top around the pin.
Made of brass. This is actually where the flow is adjusted.

The bathroom is warm again, woohoo! Thanks for the help. Now the heating just needs to be properly adjusted, but at least I’m relieved that the underfloor heating in the bathroom is still working.
