ᐅ Adjust the color of the gutters and downspouts

Our standard package includes silver titanium zinc downpipes and gutters.

We would actually prefer anthracite gray ones, as they would match perfectly with the windows, window sills, roof tiles, front door, and so on. Of course, money is always tight during construction, and according to the general contractor, the carpenter is asking for an additional €2500 (about $2700) for this.

Is it possible to have these painted or treated later on, or should we just bite the bullet and accept the extra cost now?

You could try the colors from Miss Pompadour. They are gaining attention under the hashtag "wirstreichenalles" (we paint everything); I've even seen people paint leather couches and sneakers with them, so why not downpipes. 😀
It would definitely be cheaper than 2500€.

Prefa offers aluminum gutters and downpipes in anthracite. We have those as well. They look great.
