Hello everyone, in the attic level heating manifold, 3 out of 6 actuators are open, but somehow there is no flow. The red float in the sight glass remains at 0 liters per minute (l/min).

On the ground floor, 2 actuators are open and there is visible flow.

Also, in the attic heating manifold, there is no noticeable heat in either the supply or return lines. On the ground floor, heat is noticeable in both the supply and return lines of the heating manifold.

A really basic question: Have you tried turning the small black knob on the sight glasses all the way open?
You can easily open the adjusting valve manually by turning the top part (blue) to "manual".

Yes, I have, but unfortunately no change.

Is the pump running?

And a few more words ...

Yes, it is running; the heating circuits on the ground floor also get warm. I have already increased the pump to full power, but there was still no change in the attic. The pump is a Wilo model.

The tubes in the attic floor heating manifold were so dirty that the set flow rate could no longer be read. I decided to clean them once. As a test, I first did this in the basement, where everything worked without any issues. There is flow, and the floor and the room warm up accordingly.

In the attic, I then closed the supply and return lines, removed and cleaned the tubes, and reattached them. After that, I reopened the supply and return lines. Then I reopened the actuators, but since then, no flow is shown on the flow meters, and the heating circuits in the attic no longer warm up.

Attached is a picture showing what the flow meter in the basement looks like and the one in the attic—left attic bathroom, right basement.

Take a look at the flow meter in the attic; it is missing a red cap that connects the spring inside with the white tube. Maybe that is missing, and that’s the cause.
